Event Details

The On-Ramp program consist of 8 sessions over a four week period.  It is designed to prepare men and women to enter our group classes.

On-Ramp provides skill development and exposure to our basic movements, teaching mechanics, consistency, and then intensity - ensuring your safety and success at the next level.


You will also learn the lingo: What's a WoD/AMRAP/thruster?  How do I perform a power clean?  Who's Fran?)

Over the four week period, you will safely build up your skills and performance, learn how to properly fuel your body (nutrition/supplements/hydration), and how to properly recover; in order to meet your own athletic goals and ideal body composition.

You will see significant improvements in performance and body composition at the end of the 4 weeks.

On-Ramp is a 4-week program that takes place four times weekly with your choice of attending either (Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30-7:15) or (Tuesdays & Wednesdays 6:30-7:15)

Each class will involve an extended skill-session of specific exercises with detailed instruction and critique on technique, followed by a short WoD(Workout of the Day) at the end.

New members and non-members:

Upon completion of the On-ramp course, you will confidently be able to attend any CrossFit class.
